DELIVERY IN UKRAINE
All orders are sent from our warehouse to Kyiv with the help of Nova Poshta
DELIVERY TERMS
In Ukraine: Novaya Poshta 3-4 working days
SHIPPING COST
All delivery costs will be specified when placing the order.
PARCEL TRACKING
All parcels have their own number. Information about the package will be sent to you in a separate email
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard. It is also possible to pay by card or bank transfer. Please contact us for more detailed information.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Tinted paint cannot be exchanged or returned. Please make all corrections at the time of color selection and ordering test samples.
DAMAGED PARCEL
We do our best to deliver your order intact, but if your package is damaged for any reason, please let us know immediately so we can help you resolve the issue. Important!
Check the integrity of the packaging immediately upon receipt. In case of damage, immediately fill out the claim form by mail. Be sure to take photos of the packaging and the damaged product and send them to us at theopaints@gmail.com. Don't forget to include your order number as well
